Home schooling? You know, it's not just for scary religious people anymore.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

I finally found evidence of fleas on Rose. Not sure why she has them because of the adavantage.

But I'm still going to take her to the vet (might as well since I don't have to pay for it) and see what they say. I'm wondering if I should do a flea bomb or spray while she's at the vet.

Compassionately intolerant

Ugh. Fleas. Well, at least you know.

You might consider switching to Frontline. Honestly, in 8 years we've never had a problem...not to mention those two enormous ticks (years apart) that bit Bboy and died the death of tick disgrace...without my even knowing they'd attacked him! Those were the times I really praised the Frontline gods.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

One of the guests just asked the snack bar cashier, "Are you praying for Obama honey, every day?"

I look more rad than Lutheranism

"Are you praying for Obama honey, every day?"

"For him to be MORE AWESOME? You bet!"

I held my breath for a moment but the cashier came back with an emphatic, "yes!" Maybe these religious people can tell just by looking that they are in the presence of another believer.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey, I'm a heathen, but I still pray for Obama.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

"Heathen is still a religion."

I wish I could remember where that quote is from.

Mostly lurking...

Ok. What else can I try to do to get fluids in an 8-year-old? He doesn't like popsicles. He doesn't want soda. He won't drink water or gatorade.
