[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Omnis I'd back way off from her. All of the things you've described sound like she has values that are fundamentally different enough that there may not be a way to bridge them.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Yay, there's hope me for still.

You have no idea. Baby/toddler clothes apparently multiply at the same rate that socks vanish. I'm about to inflict another box on poor Sparky, I've got yet another box lurking in wait behind that one, I give two grocery bags of clothes every couple of months to the other moms at Matilda's daycare, and we're still drowning in clothes, and still finding newborn items tucked into various corners and hidden in the backs of closets.

(Dept. of Random: The last time I saw you and your fellow, I don't know what it was about the sweet way he was looking at you, but something in his eyes made me want to lunge at him, shake him until his teeth rattled, and bawl in his face, "What is the matter with you?! You obviously get just how adorable she is, and you're not getting any younger yourself, so start breeding already!" I didn't do it because I feared it might be tacky. But, for the first time ever when seeing the two of you together, I really really wanted to.)

Also I just got my utlity bill. I have no idea what I've been doing but my electric usage nearly doubled from last month. I'm going to have a huge final utility bill.

But after Saturday I'll be out of here and living with mom and my expenses will plummet.

Unless my cats keep getting sick.

So funny you should say this. Thanks for telling me he was looking at me sweetly--I definitely didn't catch that. But things are much better now that several companies are pinging him for interviews and possible employment. Amazing how much that can help a person's confidence! Thanks for these sweet words. Feel free to rattle him next time!

not your mom's socks.

Askye, if you aren't doing anything different, is it possible that someone else is hooked in on your power bill due to some mistake either at the power company or at the apartment complex? Signed, happened to me.

Love Louise Black. I haven't watched Project Runway in a while, but I might now.
