And why was the hair cutting dude so flabbergasted to learn that I do not put *any* product in my hair
I get that, too, because I don't. It's not something I want to mess with. I'm content to not have a "style" that I need to maintain.
Spike ,'Get It Done'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I don't use product or a dryer either.
At most, I get it cut twice a year, and I occasionally take shears to the stuff myself when I'm sick of it being on my neck or in my face.
Relatedly, I am currently doing my cat's hair.
Y'all make me feel like a fashionista. I get my hair cut more often , sometimes color it, and sometimes use product tame it.
Does the cat use product?
I tried putting my cat in a walking harness today. I think I would have had more luck convincing him to use product.

It seems like it. Where else do those knots of fur come from?
OK, they come from her not liking it when I brush her belly....
Bless my cat. He may have crap social skills, but he's very low maintenance.
There should be another verse to that Alanis Morissette song....
It's like tommyrot with a long-haired cat
