Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Question: I'm freakin' 35. Do I still need to put my education at the top of the resume?

Also, I have 2 and a half pages. What are the rules there? I have my last three jobs (dating back to 1998 to show 10+ years experience), my event planning business with budgets/charity receipts, and my writing experience.

Do I put that my book was featured in Entertainment Weekly?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Shrift not only looks good, she also looks not unlike bon.

Allyson, my last resume critique told me to move my education to the end. But I go on for four pages. And people keep asking me for more details. Oy.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I put education at the end.

the rules for length don't apply anymore-- but I tend to list skills/experience then a place of employment with titles / dates.

And that is where I would put book title and citations for awards/ reviews. I would include any online ones that might have proffessional merit.

If you are looking for an admin type job -- those skills should be emphasized. If you are looking for writing to be a part of a job -- put a link to recent blog post for cocktail party physics.

Even if your resume is 3 pages long -- clear -- skimmable are your goals.

good luck, Allyson.

So far, my two leads are both, "she sounds awesome. I have no idea where we'd put her, but send me her resume."

So I'm a little blind in that both places are famous in either science or entertainment, and peeps high up on the food chain are accepting my resume from my more famous/well-known contacts.

Wow, good time to catch up with the thread. You've finally achieved Matrix hair!

Shrift not only looks good, she also looks not unlike bon.

It is similar to bon's ultimate haircut.

Well, that's certainly promising!

Good luck, Allyson!
