I'm finally left blinking in perplexity and saying a faux-Southern "Oh, bless her heart, she thinks she made a point there."
Heh.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I think I am going to have to buy Steve Harvey's book for all my dating girl friends.
"Oh, bless her heart, she thinks she made a point there."
She did. Just not necessarily the one she wanted to make.
Question for the hivemind:
I need celebrities with different hair colors for a text book exercise.
Currently, Steve Martin is the model (white/grey). The activity uses Madonna (blond I guess), Chris Rock (black), Little Orphan Annie (red--this has to go in my opinion), and Brad Pitt (blond, brown--not obvious to me).
Suggestions of names that will be obvious to most college students and relevant for the next 4 years or so?
Lindsay Lohan for red?
Rob Pattinson for brunet?
Oh, how about the lead from "Secrets of an American Teenager" for red?
If you want to traumatize the kids, Carrot Top is probably as prominent an example of red hair as you could find.
If not, would Julianne Moore or Gillian Anderson be more familiar to today's students?
Kim Possible for red?
KIM POSSIBLE!!! Loves!
I would suggest Amy Adams for red. And how about Scarlett Johansen for blonde?
