i'm really hoping all these awards get more people to see Slumdog Millionaire. it's one of my favorite movies i've seen in the past few weeks.
Revolutionary Road is extremely well done. you feel like you're hiding in their bedroom witnessing all the things you shouldn't. Leo and Kate sell it on every single level.
i'm sososo happy for Kate. she really deserved that. i only hope that Leo ends up getting the Oscar. i have a feeling Brad is going to end up getting robbed this year because there are so many other wonderful films out there. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is an incredibly beautiful story though.

CF seems like he should be repulsive, but I find him oddly charming, and he's so madly in love with and proud of his kid (and also very open about his son's struggles, rather than glossing them over), so he winds up on the Awww, Colin! end of things.
