I've been watching S1 of The Muppet Show from netflix and it's great! The dvds have this great "Muppet Morsel" feature you can turn on and it has a lot of interesting facts and tidbits about the guest stars, Muppets, the people behind the Muppets and other stuff.
Plus the dvds have have scenes that were shown in the UK but no in the US, including Rowlf singing Coddleston Pie.
I think someone was about to ask me on a datish type thing. Hunh. Alas this sunday is not one where I am free. Still not sure that is where he was headed.
Anyhoo. I think I am gonna try to get the natural fake nails thing today since mac now has a playdate.
This is awesome - the "[yourname] is" Google meme done with US states: [link]
no nails today, but I have an appointment for tomorrow. Maybe I'll do a local pedi instead and a trip to the library.
Do you want him to ask you on a date, msbelle?
I just saw one of my university roommates on a show called "Sex in Space." Never mind why I was watching. At least she wasn't having sex. Or in space. But she's a Mars ho (I'm not being rude--it's the title of her blog, although she may have meant another meaning of ho) and did a Mars mission enactment in Antartica a couple years ago. Of which they used footage.
Real eagles and falcons named after Colbert!

EEEEEEEEE!!!! They look like little stuffed animals. That move! And cavort!
My sister has a pair. Their fur is magical -- it repels dirt. Sadly, their bark is really high pitched and nothing is more fun than barking.
So, anybody else still watching 90210? I'm just getting caught up on some Tivoed eps.
