You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

But the scientists can't say if the humans were moist and delicious, or tough and stringy.

I think they can say, however, that the hyenas were good with it either way.

Not javachik

It makes me cringe. What a horrible way to die. Thank goodness for shock.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

God, I hate hyenas.

all living hyena species are hunters and scavengers.[16] They have extremely strong jaws in relation to their body size and have a very powerful digestive system with highly acidic fluids, making them capable of eating and digesting their entire prey, including skin, teeth, horns and bones. Hair and hooves are usually regurgitated

dcp, you aren't living dangerously enough! But take better pictures.

"Forever Young" in a pepsi commercial offends me. It's sacrosanct, damnit.

Don't google hyena...I can't recall if it is is sex or birth. One of them is highly disturbing.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

From way back at the Black Valentine discussion:

Valentine's Day is actually my favorite holiday because of the red and the pink. I give out little Hello Kitty candy bags with pink and red hershey kisses and pink and red m & m's... No black!

We were babysitting my sister-in-law's 4 year-old granddaughter over the weekend. One of the ploys to keep her occupied involved coloring valentine pictures I got off the internet for her cousins. Black was one of the favorite colors for her. She colored and entire Hello Kitty black. It's possible the younger generation sees the color differently than we do...or Chloe needs therapy, which is possible.

Oh. Thank. God. I just caught up on last week's FNL. Based on what you all said, I thought Smash had died. I'm so very very very glad I was wrong.

Rachel Maddow used the Flying Spaghetti Monster as her entry into her story on Darwin!!! And it wasn't just a brief cameo shoutout, but a detailed description of Pastafarianism (although she never used that term, unfortunately), including its devotion to pirates.
