Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We are in West Virginia. For some reasont hey have to reset the train's engine computer. We were coasting! But now it's running.

Swouncing

Scrappy, I hope you did (at least) as well as you needed to on your exam today, and that you're treating yourself to some well-deserving post test fun, but regardless - I'm sure every school would be proud of having you as a teacher.

tommy, good-traveling (um, is that English? Anyway) vibes!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Laundry is in and lunch has been consumed. Mac has been introduced to the bacon hamburger (turkey both, natch) and declared it a win.

Wtf Giants! God I hate the Eagles.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I was so super productive yesterday that I think I'm just going to flip through cooking magazines and watch TV today. Maybe I'll start reading another book.

hip deep in pie

I just had some friends over for a game of cranium. Now they have gone home in the snow, and I have to clean my room and do laundry. Someone is coming tomorrow at 9 to give me an estimate on insulation, which means they have to come into my bedroom, so slacking is not an option.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I just took this from the library today, hallucinating I'll have time to read it anytime soon. But I'm pondering if I could use it in my The Anthropology of Violence class. Maybe something about punk.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm watching Funny Girl, and I seem to have developed issues. The way Nick looks at Fanny makes me twitchy. He seems so paternalistic and condescending and aware of the fact that he's pretty as all hell.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'm another sloth who has to do laundry. I just ordered some delivery (bbq chicken dinner--yay!) that I'm waiting for, then I'll head downstairs with the wash.

I splurged yesterday by buying a hardcover book (I've been very good with my book purchases in the 18 months I've worked at B&N)--The Invention of Air, a new bio of Joseph Priestly that has been getting rave reviews.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Laundry is on my list of things to do. as well as finally getting rid of xmas. and the kitchen and bathroom need attention. However, because DH was working On the yard I did some yardwork. Not so sure I will get off the couch to do other things.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got sucked into Little Miss Sunshine on TV, and also determined that my clothes needs are more the dry cleaner than the laundromat, so I'll drop stuff off in the morning (my place is closed on Sundays).
