Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm watching Funny Girl, and I seem to have developed issues. The way Nick looks at Fanny makes me twitchy. He seems so paternalistic and condescending and aware of the fact that he's pretty as all hell.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'm another sloth who has to do laundry. I just ordered some delivery (bbq chicken dinner--yay!) that I'm waiting for, then I'll head downstairs with the wash.

I splurged yesterday by buying a hardcover book (I've been very good with my book purchases in the 18 months I've worked at B&N)--The Invention of Air, a new bio of Joseph Priestly that has been getting rave reviews.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Laundry is on my list of things to do. as well as finally getting rid of xmas. and the kitchen and bathroom need attention. However, because DH was working On the yard I did some yardwork. Not so sure I will get off the couch to do other things.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got sucked into Little Miss Sunshine on TV, and also determined that my clothes needs are more the dry cleaner than the laundromat, so I'll drop stuff off in the morning (my place is closed on Sundays).

hip deep in pie

I am looking at two huge baskets of dirty clothes that need to be sorted and done. I guess it's something to do while I watch the GGs. I wish that I had a laptop so I could watch adn post from teh comfort of my couch.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

The last of the laundry is in the washer now. However, there are a couple folded piles on the drier, and nothing's been hung, and the bed needs to be made, and, and, and

I will admit that there was clean laundry in one of the baskets from before Xmas that I had to fild and put away before I could gather up my dirty laundry.

Happily, I can't do laundry when Matt is working in the garage.

So, for the moment I am ignoring everything else I have to do

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

We have a new doggy!

We're goin' to Petco, baby! Must buy toys and treats!

Laundry happened yesterday. Today I went out and bought shoes (I need to take my fluevogs into the cobbler to get the the heel reattached and I noticed cracks in the heel posts of the other standby, so.) I ended up getting 2 pairs since both were 50% off the ticket price. Grand total of $65. Not as fun as my fluevogs, but now I have backups.
