I have a really dumb mathy question that I think I should know but don't. I'm calculating an annual rate of return problem and I think the equation should be this:
(x-72) + 2 = 15%
X being the price of the stock that must be hit in order to get a rate of return of 15%. It's currently at $72/a share and dividend payout is $2/share.
I don't know how to solve for X
I just started using a Neti squirt bottle, and it works wonders. It'll wake you up in the morning, that's for sure. Water! Water in new places!
(x-72) + 2 = 15%
My brain just seized.
Seriously, it just locked up.
Man, I suck at math.
Sushi is healthy because (aside from rice) it's lots and lots of good protein.
If you worked out for an hour and crave sushi - that's excellent.
Much better than working out for an hour and craving hot fudge sundaes.
Man, I suck at math.
Yeah, me too- though I am very proud of myself for being able to do the problem when I was calculating the % part!
HALP!
(x-72) + 2 = 15%
X being the price of the stock that must be hit in order to get a rate of return of 15%. It's currently at $72/a share and dividend payout is $2/share.
I don't know how to solve for X
I think you're missing either a multiplier or a diviser in there somewhere.
Would it be "(72+2)+((72+2)*.15)=X" or something like that (I'm not quite sure where to work the +2 into it)?
My phone apparently had a seizure.
Scola, you MUST go to Secret Science Club!!! That's awesome!
The rice is sushi isn't as bad as people think, *from a glycemic standpoint.* (For people who flee carbs, well, then yeah, you're fucked.) But the vinegar that's used in sushi rice makes it lower on the glycemic index than non-sushi white rice (yes, that's despite the fact that sushi rice has sugar in it; go figure).
