"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Extra Woot!: MVP of the Puppybowl? A beagle named Matilda! Double win.

Matilda totally rocked the Puppy Bowl! Although I loved the grey and beige mix who kept on zonking out on the field. The parrot opening with the anthem was an awesome idea, especially considering how much it mucked up the song. Hilarious!

I've got the late-night rerun of the Puppy Bowl on now, and they just had a rather surreal moment. A dog that was shaved with a lion-cut got out into the field "accidentally," and was immediately labelled a streaker, complete with a digital black bar covering up the naughty bits! The "referee" came out to capture it, cover it in a t-shirt, and carry it out. Such a strange thing to script!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

They do have fun with their Puppy Bowl, indeed. The Kitten Half Time featured some awesome robotic cat toys that waved the toys around and got lots of action.

I'm also amused by the litter box that is discreetly tucked behind the stage, and which you can only catch glimpses of in certain camera angles.

But then I amuse easy.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

MVP of the Puppybowl? A beagle named Matilda!

Oh, good for her! I had a feeling she'd win.

Matilda was definitely a standout, but I liked Eli the fluffy Australian Shepard, too.

Puppy Bowl is so weird. And adorable.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Puppy Bowl tries a little too hard.

I definitely liked the addition of the animated robotic cat toys to the half time show.

It worked better with the sound off. The VO was a little too much.

I love that they actually get the "voice of NFL Films" as their announcer! So much fun.
