I am so out of the football loop that i associate the Pittsburgh Steelers with Mean Joe Green and Terry Bradshaw. Also, I associate the Cardinals with baseball.

Woot! Wow, that was very exciting. Plus, Steelers win.
Ben? Suckity. Except for that last TD pass. But I'm going to give the credit to the wideout on that.
::bows to belle's MVP prescience::
Well, the upside is we don't have to hear Kurt Warner proselytizing.
Seriously, was President Obama the only person thanked who wasn't actually involved?
Ben? Suckity.
I love it when he goes to the sidelines after he goes off-book on some play. I can always see the QB coach yelling "Who told you to think??" at him.
Awww, look at Troy, he looks sort of stunned.
We over here in long-hair territory have a deep affection for Polamalu. By which I mean M loves him and wishes to be him and to trade hair-care secrets with him.
Well, that was a very decent Super Bowl.
Had a dozen teens. Have to drive a couple home now. Alas, still have to be to school by 7:20am.

Ben's like the opposite of a big game quarterback. Except when he absolutely had to have that third down, he got it. And when Holmes missed the one pass, he went back again and got him in the other corner.
Warner actually had a big game, but Fitzgerald was the best player on the field tonight.
Extra Woot!: MVP of the Puppybowl? A beagle named Matilda! Double win.
Your Beagle May Vary
Matilda totally rocked the Puppy Bowl! Although I loved the grey and beige mix who kept on zonking out on the field. The parrot opening with the anthem was an awesome idea, especially considering how much it mucked up the song. Hilarious!
I've got the late-night rerun of the Puppy Bowl on now, and they just had a rather surreal moment. A dog that was shaved with a lion-cut got out into the field "accidentally," and was immediately labelled a streaker, complete with a digital black bar covering up the naughty bits! The "referee" came out to capture it, cover it in a t-shirt, and carry it out. Such a strange thing to script!
They do have fun with their Puppy Bowl, indeed. The Kitten Half Time featured some awesome robotic cat toys that waved the toys around and got lots of action.
I'm also amused by the litter box that is discreetly tucked behind the stage, and which you can only catch glimpses of in certain camera angles.
But then I amuse easy.
