I remember visiting a place on a house tour. The address was an alley. It was early 1800s 3 floor + basement. Very cute, VERY small and tight. Pretty much 2 rooms per floor, if that. Great bones but I couldn't imagine living there, even as just me and cats (it had 4 resident cats who didn't give a shit about all the strangers passing through.) And a whole huge family probably inhabited it back in the day.

How many episodes of Friday Night Lights have been broadcast already?
Two, I think.
Well CRAP. I've already missed one somehow? Not cool.

This is so awesome! Water jetpack may be man's greatest invention to date
Somebody tell me where I can get one of these. RIGHT. NOW. Seriously, how awesome is this? It's a jetpack, but it uses water to propel you in the air. You're tethered, but can still get pretty high/far, and you just drop into the water if something goes wrong. It solves all of the problems of regular jetpacks!
If they put this thing up for sale, it'd be the ultimate toy of the lake mansion set. Inflatable trampolines? Please, those are for poor people. The real fun is with water jetpacks. Seriously, I want one so, so badly.
I think Laura mentioned seeing one of those.
Do YOU drive a CAR OF EVIL????
I was suddenly curious as to whether there was any connection between Zoroastrianism and Ahura Maza and the car company Mazda. Apparently the company founder thought he could help bring about peace and harmony and all that.
But, according to The Christian Sentinal, the founder was up to much, much more!
What if a Japanese company was conspiring to destroy the true faith and replace it with a new age pantheistic man-centered faith? What if it was doing it blatantly and without apology?
There's a bunch more about a book that the company put out about celebrities views of spirituality. ( Christian testimonies (however weak) are thrown right in along with new age and occultic world views. All paths are displayed as valid. )
If we purchase vehicles from this false religious based corporation, we will be contributing to their fiendish efforts to invade Western civilization with a new age agenda. The more money they make, the bigger they will grow in their effort to impose their philosophy on Americans.
However, you must spend your efforts wisely.
Hiring an exorcist to rid your car of demons would be a waste of time.
Not stupid or useless or what have you. Just a waste of time.
Fundamentalist whackos are fun.
Skipping (nobody's surprised, sadly) to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Anne W's birthday.
Happy birthday, Anne! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
