Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh shrift, that's awful.

"HAMMERTIME!"(stand up like a meerkat)

snort

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

We're teaching Mona, "STOP!"(sit), "HAMMERTIME!"(stand up like a meerkat).

You're going to have to get her some baggy pants.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think she's a little low to the ground for much bagginess.

Not when she's standing up like a meerkat!

Isn't she wearing the pants on her hind legs?

Oh, no! Another resignation at the Aussie Open. It doesn't matter how I'm rooting--I hate that.

Art Crawl!!!

WTF? Was it injury related ? Seems like something's wrong - and it's the second week now!

Shrift - how scary. My apartment was broken into once (when I lived in Chicago) and there were somethings that my room mate and I didn't realize were missing until much, much, later. Things that, for example, you are unlikely to need right now (spring coat). Nothing creepier than coming home to find your door busted open and uh. . . well, I went downstairs and knocked on my neighbor's door. I wasn't going into my apartment like that.

No! This time it looked like simple conditioning, but it was still sad. Federer's tonight. That'll be nice to wake up to tomorrow.

Del Potro. After Safina has her match. I'm so sad that Marat is retiring this year. Even though he never won up to his potential he was fun (if heartbreaking at times) to watch. One can only hope he takes up a career in semi-nude modelling.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Oh, shrift. I'm so sorry.
