If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I think ita and I are on the same schedule. Half a pot of coffee hasn't really helped the situation, either.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't want coffee. I want sleep. But I have hours of tennis to watch.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ugh, for both Brenda and ita.

I'm actually feeling human, and it only took 1 and a half super mugs of coffee to get there, so now I think I may put on outside pants, and maybe even go outside.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

If the gym scale is to be believed, I have lost 5 lbs in Jan. I ate like crap this week, but I have made a goal to lose 10 lbs by Apr. All I manage at the gym so far is 20 min on the eliptical and then a little stretching. Once a week of that is not enough, so I guess I need to figure something for at home.

But I have hours of tennis to watch.

ita (and msbelle)! This week, I worked with someone who works for the US Open. I tried to weasel good tickets out of him for the two of you.

I might have tickets to the Vancouver Olympics after all!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Mom went to the dining room in her Jazzy(tm) chair and practiced maneuvering and transferring in and out of the dining room chairs -- it was empty, so a good time to try it out. The joy stick on that thing is amazingly sensitive, though, so backing up is a real trial for her.

It's like I'm getting to experience a baby's transition into toddlerhood, only in reverse... not really as much fun, you know?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I had occasion to ride on of those electric chairs once years ago, and it was not easy. Of course, the woman whose chair it was had no problem, so I'm sure it comes with practice.

Grr. I got off my ass and went to pick up my pain meds but they won't be ready until Monday afternoon. And there's no way I can get my car smogged or do groceries with my head hurting so much. The least they could have done was call so I wouldn't have bothered going outdoors.
