I haven't given Bartleby his Frontline (not the plus, as we don't need the extra features) yet this year, but tonight I think I will. The mosquitoes are rampant, which means the fleas can't be far behind. He'll probably only get it this month and next.

Kat, we pay $10 an hour--because ours are usually college girls paying rent so I consider this a good wage for babysitting. Around here the range is $5-$10/hour. You may want to add a bonus for the cleaning. I'll do that sometimes, too--like an extra $5-10 depending on what job was done.
