I'm not sure the Towson one with the laptop is photoshopped. Or, if it is, then I think it was the laptop photoshopped into the picture, not the girl. The girl's torso and legs definitely match each other, and they don't match the picture on the laptop screen, and it would be a really difficult and somewhat ridiculous photoshop job to replace the white girl with the black girl while leaving the laptop there. My guess is that either the laptop (and the hands) are the only fake part, or the whole picture is real, and the image on the screen is someone that she's talking to.

Also, how much does one pay a babysitter per hour these days? And if that babysitter is a former student who literally made teh house 100% cleaner than we left it? Including mopping the living room (no seriously?)
