The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Picture=Awesome

Real thing= Awesome, as long as there is no chance of actual contact.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I vote pretty. Plus it looks like it's about to conduct an orchestra.

Perhaps performing the Apocalypse Suite?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Is this praying mantis scary? Or pretty?

How about way too fucking big?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Juliana!

Tomorrow I'll do some shopping, then we hope to see the new Harry Potter film.

Sunday we're meeting up with friends for dinner.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

praying mantis = cool , but walking sticks are cooler.

this weekend: DH is on duty so not much. But the guy who is doing our patio did an out lint -- and he isn't thinking big enough. We will remove some plants and make the outline of it. And tonight we will eat tamales...yum.

RIP Walter Cronkite.

He was sort of like a national grandfather when I was a kid.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Walter Cronkite died. It seems fitting to happen with the moon walk anniversary; he was such a space program geek.

Always Anti-fascist!

I had the pleasure of meeting him once...he was every bit as great and encouraging as you might expect.
