Yeah... That went well.

God, the little whale talk is giving me Duke flashbacks. UGA has a zillion fratties, but they aren't really very preppy. It's funny, too: at Duke the boys were preppy and the girls more normal, but at UGA the girls are preppier than the boys. (You can often only ID a UGA preppy boy by his lack of socks with loafers - his shorts and t-shirt are like everyone else's. UGA girls do a lot of little cute dresses.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Good morning. Today I have to

    • Wash dishes.
    • Dust.
    • Vacuum.
    • Mop the kitchen and bathroom floors.
    • Box and shelve all the comics I have lying around.

No fun.

I should do many of those things as well. But probably won't, since I have to be at a work thing by 1. And god knows three hours isn't enough to do anything!

Art Crawl!!!

It would be cool if CBS did a summer 13-part suspense/horror series every summer. I really enjoyed Harper's Island.

Because books.

I agree, sumi. That was fun. I didn't expect much other than pretty people and what we got, and I knew it was a limited run, so it worked really well for me.

It's nice seeing something that's definitely limited like that -- planned for the 13 but no more. Of course it works really well for the horror (they can actually kill everyone!), but all kinds of things would be good like that.

I think that's the key, too. You *know* a lot of the cast is going to get picked off, so you're not too worried or invested in finding out a lot about them, other than the surface issues of who's friends with who, etc., just to keep them straight.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

This morning we have made it to the greenmarket in the hood (spinach, cilantro, okra, corn, peaches, and mushrooms), had a fit, got to church early so we did a tiny bit of unnecessary shopping.

I think I need to get something to keep mac's comics in. I have platic sleeves for most, but should probably get like magzine holders? Or would keeping them flat in a shoebox be ok?
