So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My iPhone now knows fuck, shit, cunt, fic, and apparently, mpreg.

I'm not sure where it got the last one. I think it's been surfing the net without me.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm not sure where it got the last one. I think it's been surfing the net without me.

Mine knows Wentzface and Mikeyway. I don't think it's been surfing without me.

It can't spell sushi though. That always ends up rushi.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, I'm so annoyed with my effing cat waking me up this morning. I did not have to get up for work! There was no need for him to wake me up via touching my face! Grrr.

I did have a good night last night, though, even though my friend's father kept us out too late! We also discovered that we share the same awesome haircutter, which is super random, since she is not notably convenient to either of us. I think it's possible that I recommended her, but neither of us remembers that happening....

Anyway, I am very pleased with Grace's progress!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My cat woke me up by meowing at full blast at 7:00 am after I kept telling her to STFU, but I had my revenge and pulled her off her condo perch 6 1/2 feet up (had to tilt the thing to the side to get her off) and stuffed her in her carrier to take her to the vet for claw trimming. She did her usual bitch the whole way there, bitch in the waiting area, and then I could hear her from the hallway when the vet tech brought her back. She only shut up after we got back in the car to come home, because she knew she was heading back.

While I waited for her at the vet's office, a woman brought in her big black cat, whom she let out of his carrier since he was content to stay in her arms (if I did that with Amarna, she'd dart for the nearest hidey-hole). He was huuuuggge!!! Part Burmese, she said, and the biggest cat she'd ever had. Must have been pushing 18 pounds, and all muscle.

Art Crawl!!!

Wow! A giant.

My kitties let me sleep in a bit. Although, that means 7:30ish to me now.

Of course, once they had their breakfast they commenced napping.

Compassionately intolerant

Brightest blessings for Grace off the vent! That's fantastic news. May she now enjoy much more fun accessories.

I have paper for nails.
This is me. I cut them shorter than my fingers just to be safe from tearing, but it annoys to not be able to finesse things with a nail.

Back in the 80s, I was the acrylic nail queen! Loved them. Wore them like jewelry. But when I left to walk across America, it just seemed practical to remove them. That was kind of gross, really. The nail beds were in terrible shape, sore and scary.

Now, I can't imagine going through the effort and pain. Mine used to pop up from the back all the time, despite being professionally applied. It was like a reverse, bamboo under the nails torture. Made me stop reaching out for things, it did.
