I feel that I should apologize for having a lovely day! But I probably won't.... Got my hair cut, and I heart my hairdresser so much! I really have never had a long-term person before as a grown-up. Then I gave blood, which was fine, especially when the cranky blood center woman started bitching to me about her coworker, instead of just suffering in silence. She was really wicked cranky, and I was not, so I could commiserate without getting sucked in, like I do at my own job.

Coding and Sleeping
I just closed the door of my office and did the abdominal exercises I didn't to this morning. Turns out shoulders are really sore which is unfair because I have not increased the weight or reps of my weightlifting.
I also think I may actually be starting to lose some weight instead of just increasing density. It was starting to get a little freaky that my shorts were starting to fall off of me while I haven't lost any actual weight.
