You'd be surprised.
I hope so. I really do hope so.

So why is Green Lantern lame
I think he's lame and I don't even read comics.
It looks like there is an accident outside my window. A bug rear ended an Expedition. Front of bug crushed. The Expedition might have been scratched.
The Expedition does not appear to have sustained even a scratch. I wonder if there is someone in the Ford offices upstairs pumping a fist and going "Yeah!".
Labs + water = OTP
I know. I know. It's just, like an adolescent (or a toddler) her timing SUCKED.
I don't think I should have mentioned my hatred of the Green Lantern in my dating profile. No one wants to kiss me, but they all want to debate the merits of the green bastard, and whether or not Aquaman sucks more.
This is hard to understand as you've got the whole smart and witty thing going on.
Also, Matt, any word on your dad after his tests yesterday? (I was reminded when I went into Beep Me to post just now)
Well, the liver scan came back with nothing horrifically wrong (the radiologist said he had a "fatty liver" but that seems not unusual for a elderly disabled man with a sweet tooth, and the guy didn't seem overly concerned). Next comes more bloodwork to see if his previous ultra-high result was some sort of anomaly. Fingers remain crossed.
I kind of like this painting of Sarah Palin: Alaskan Roulette
Note that Russian Roulette is played with a revolver, giving you a 1 in 6 chance of dying. Alaskan Roulette would then give you a 100% chance of dying.
Glad to hear your father's liver scan was fine, Matt.
Oh, and for Nora: You and Tom are going to Napa in October? There's an article on Napa restaurants in today's LAT.
(the radiologist said he had a "fatty liver"
so, he's good for paté?
(umm, that was supposed to be levity, not flippancy. Fingers still crossed for the Bruin Dad)
Crossing fingers for the further tests, Matt.
