Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Sticks tongue out at Theodosia

No real plans after today, but today I slept late, at least for me, and then there is slounging to be done until I go get a massage at 3:00.

Rest of the weekend I hope to do laundry and make my apartment look less like a cat rumpus room.

I may need to go to Ikea too. With Ditaboo's help, I discovered that the not very stable DVD case REALLY isn't stable.

Have you guys seen the Life photo archive, hosted by Google? [link]

Seriously cool time waster.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

because I have no TV channels anymore, I can't watch the very last Bauer Barbeque on Guiding Light!!!

I bet you could watch it at a nearby laundromat.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

The laudromat is a good idea, and there is even one in walking distance, but I am so exhausted from waking up every time I rolled over on my ear, and just traveling from 10 am today to pick up a prescription and back to my house that I am going to bed and don't even care about the Bauers.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ugh. Woke up at 4 am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I can't deal with it not being noon yet. I even hit the bank and dropped off my mail hours ago.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hmmmm... you would think it was going to be a holiday around here soon or something.

Finally! The two Andys! Off to tennis. This better be good. But unless Murray humiliated Roddick, I don't see how it can't be.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

What possessed me to go out on a hot and humid afternoon and clip hedges for an hour? I'm wiped out, and I still have to go to my sister's b-day party.

Hedges look good, though.

“Not dead yet!”

What possessed me to go out on a hot and humid afternoon and clip hedges for an hour?

Same craxiness that possessed me to take the kids to the pool in the 97 degree weather. Ultimately, good choice since we were there for two hours, they frolicked and cavorted, came home just in time for massive afternoon thunderstorm. But everyone's bathed, fed, and happy to hang out for the rest of the day.

Sitting around, waiting for my mattress to get here. And doing laundry. Went out and got extra pillows and a mattress pad earlier today. Would like the mattress to get here because I have other errands I want to run, but there wasn't time this morning.

Also got a neat box in the mail today.
