Look, Angel, I know you've been out of the loop for a while, but I'm still evil. I don't do errands...unless they're evil errands.

That is freaky cool!

I had to load it up in an image editor just make sure it really is the same color and it showed me that it was indeed. Man, I really am from Missouri.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Wow. Even cooler in the closeups where you can UnFool your brain and see that it's the same color.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My take on the Sanford affair is that affairs are an issue of personal ethics, not public ethics. As far as his personal life goes, that's between him and his family. That he'd leave the country without taking steps to make sure someone knew where he was and that someone was in charge? Those are violations of the public trust.

I am Burrell in this. While I admit to gleeful schadenfreude when a family-values type is caught in an epic fail of family values, I don't think it's malfeasance unless it involves use of public funds. It does cause one to seriously question his judgment in general, though. It's the abdication of his office that's unforgivable.

It's too bad about Farrah Fawcett, but the death that really hit me was Jeri Nielsen's [link] She's the doctor who treated herself for breast cancer at the South Pole.

Only insofar as he does not attempt to legislate other people's personal lives.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Word. He is anti-gay marriage, but apparently adultery is just dandy. Asshole.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

no, no - it's HIS adultery that's OK. Anyone else - especially a Democrat - and it's a terrible thing.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Everyone else has to follow God's Law. So if you're a woman having marital difficulties, you must stay with your husband, unless the Sanford is the person you want to have sexytime with....

“Not dead yet!”

What a douchenozzle.

I think we could get a unanimous decision on that around here.

Ginger, I saw that earlier about Jeri Nielson. What an incredibly brave woman. Sad, too, about Farrah, if only because fuck cancer, yet again.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Todd makes a fair point.

I think we need to acknowledge that Republican marriage is SO sacred that gays are a threat to it but adultery is not. Frankly, I think het Democrats should just be grateful they let us wed.
