Zoe: Next time we smuggle stock, let's make it something smaller. Wash: Yeah, we should start dealing in those black-market beagles.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It's kind of refreshing to see a politician's wife opt "Throw his ass to the wolves" isntead of "Stand By Your Man."

Oh, did she? Last I heard (before Argentina was confirmed) she was leaning toward the latter.

it's still pretty tacky to fly off to see your mistress on Father's Day.

Flashing back to my middle school friend whose father told his mother he was leaving on Christmas. Jackhole.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh, did she? Last I heard (before Argentina was confirmed) she was leaning toward the latter.

I was of the impression that she's the one who told the press she didn't know where he was.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

she's the one who told the press she didn't know where he was.

That's true. She made some statement to the effect of "I don't know where he is; I'm just being a mother to our kids right now" or somesuch....

Our wings are not tired.

Wait, are we talking about the Guv's wife or Jon and Kate now?

Gov's wife.

I think she did say that, but my impression was that it was only after being asked by the press camping out at her house. Not like she went to them and was all "oh my, where is my husband."

Who are these Jon and Kate people? Are they anything outside of reality TV?

Our wings are not tired.

(I was kidding. "I'm just being a mother to our kids right now" has been Kate's mantra for a few weeks.)

I'm--reluctantly--serious about Jon and Kate. All of a sudden I can't turn around at the grocery store without seeing some bland, grim blonde creature on the cover of a magazine accompanied by a headline talking about the disaster of her marriage or something. I know they have a reality TV show somewhere, but why did they escape from the safety of a channel I never watch to nearly every printed page in view? And way too many websites.

Trust my rage

Yeah, I think "I'm just being a mother to my kids now" is totally code for "my husband is a cheating bastard but I can't say that in front of the kids."

I hate Kate with the red hot fire of a million suns and have for well over a year. I am sure I would dislike Jon also.

never even watched the show. cannot wait until this becomes yesterdays news, if she ever lets it die down, that is.
