What comedy, Allyson?
I cannot sleep. Just read a YA book about desegregation in New Orleans. Very much a spinach book.

I went to a comedy thing in Studio City.
There was one twenty year old kid who's gonna be a rock star. Great timing, lovely routine. Wee baby comic.
But then there was slimy camel toe guy whose entire thing consisted of the camel toe and how awesome it is to have a sore dick from getting laid so much.
I was like, "am i a crusty old feminist, or is this really this lame?"
I voted for lame.
It sounds pretty lame. But I'm a feminist of the same vintage as you so maybe it's a me thing?
I kinda want to sleep, but I can't seem to fall asleep. WHY?!?!
Dane Cook is funnier. And more original.
Also? Guys who open with "fat girls are gross" jokes. They need to be stopped. Turn the mirror on yourself, and you'll have something. Shit that works in the frat house? Doesn't necessarily work in front of an audience of people who aren't out setting the world's record for keg stands.
Skipping (yeah, what else is new) to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is one of those lovely double Buffista events: it's the birthday of both javachick and (according to Fone Bone "If the Apocalypse Comes, Beep Me" Jun 14, 2007 7:38:03 pm PDT ) Dylan.
Happy birthday, javachick! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
Happy second (already!) birthday, Dylan! With lots of wishes for Jessica and Fone Bone and all our family, as well!
Birthday Happies, javachick! Happy Being-Two-Years-Old, Dylan!

Happy birthday Javachick!
Dylan's birthday present to me was sleeping in until 7:15. Oh yes, we loves him, precious.
Happy Birthday to javachick!
Happy second anniversary of being a mom, Jess. Yay Dylan for the present of sleep.
