Swim class for Dylan on Saturday, then maybe farmer's market unless it's still !@#(%!(!@!!@ raining. Hopefully a bike ride.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Writing, t-ball, cleaning, farmer's market, and ... maybe some gardening.
Not having heard what proceeded that comment, it was hard to tell why someone would think aliens had in fact built the pyramids...
Dear WSJ, and Salon for that matter: It's fucking PRECEDED, not proceeded.
Are there any editors left in the world? Sigh.
Ack the Noah and the Dylan vids are too much cute!
This weekend am doing something with a friend tonight--maybe a play, maybe a movie. Other than that no firm schedule. thank god. I have some organizing of things to do to get ready for Bob moving in NEXT WEEKEND!!! And I want to do some yoga and go to one of the farmers' markets.
Ellie's birthday party is on Saturday - could be fun; maybe crazy. 15 four year olds and 25 adults - lunch, cake (made by me!) and then horse back riding.
Sunday - recover from party
At home, waiting for the electrician. Occurs to me I will lose power eventually and no internets! Woe!
Writing, perhaps movie, depending on the weather, going to the pool. I feel woefully unambitious.
The liquid iron is utterly gross, but I'm keeping it down.
::twitches at thought of party with 15 four-year-olds::
Stephanie, you are way braver than I ever was.
Tonight: Doing laundry and packing.
Saturday: Basketball team fundraiser car wash organization and supervision. I do not intend to wash any cars. Followed by attending a loan modification and that kind of stuff seminar organized by local state representative. Housework.
Sunday: Finalizing packing of the car and clearing my office desk of piles of unruly paperwork.
Monday: Drive 1500 miles or so to Otter Lake where I will escape the summer heat until mid-August.
Electrician's here!
I am going to a sort of family reunion organized by my half-sister. She's never made such a gesture before, so I feel compelled to go. She and my niecephews and great-niecephews are driving down from St. Louis to Lake Barkley State Park in Kentucky. I get to drive to Nashville today, then to Kentucky tomorrow with my mother and sister. My prediction for the weekend: an emotional minefield with sunburn.
We also cross paths with Kentucky's 400-Mile Yard Sale, which should make the drive extra exciting.
