Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

You know when you do a little thing that seems to make sense at the time, but in retrospect is mind-bogglingly dumb?

This was my morning:

My nailpolish was really chipped and I could not find remover, so I was painting over the chips, on the internet and drinking coffee, on my bed. My cat was also on the bed, and she hasn't been feeling well. I needed to get up, and did not want to distrub her.

So I decided to try and Vault myself around her, the laptop, the coffee and the nailpolish.

I now have nail polish on my bed, have thrown out my hip, spilled coffee all over the laptop AND have completely made my nails look like shit! And the commotion disturbed the cat.

What was i thinking?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Jon and Kate are the subjects of a reality series about raising their sextuplets on TLC. The kids are adorable, the adults not nearly as much. And I only know this much because of the advertising during my regular Discovery shows as I FF with the TiVo controls.

Scrappy's trip pictures are well worth the looking -- not that you didn't know that, but it should be said.

Sophia, definitely one of those things "that made sense at the time". A little less multi-tasking might have to be in your future.

Look on the bright side -- at least you weren't smoking in bed.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

What was i thinking?

Of the children, obviously.

“Not dead yet!”

I was thinking at least the cat wasn't smoking in the bed.

And Scrappy's pictures are made of win.

Our wings are not tired.

Scrappy and the scenery both lovely.

Poor Sophia. That is something I would do. Also, I have found that a bit of nail polish can be used like remover on nails. Not so much on the cat if speckled though.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, Sophia. One time I tried to paint my nails over my cat, who was sitting between me and my laptop, which was on my lap. Disaster was narrowly avoided.

Scrappy, you look great!

I am most worried at this point about the laptop, since I borrowed it from the theatre. I wiped it all off, and tried to shake all the coffee out, and now have it sitting upsidedown to dry.

Take the battery out of the laptop. Take it apart as much as you can and dry the bits. Usually you can take the keyboard off fairly easily so you can dry it inside. I have had successful recovery from coffeed laptops, and complete failure. Yes, it has happened more than once.

Well, I am not home now- I was also late for work! Hopefully, since i immediately turned the power off, nothing got fried. I am not sure I can afford to replace a 17 inch Mac Powerbook.
