Yes, there is. There's a hurry, Xander. I'm dying...I may have as few as fifty years left.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

My apologies to everyone. The bad mood is much more under control now. Sometimes the kids' bedtime routine can be good for soothing me too.

Speaking of? Allyson's dolly story is very sweet.

Now tagless for your comfort.

DH just bought me some personal liability insurance to cover my blogging and writing activities. He said I'm covered in case of libel and slander to the tune of 1.5 mil.

Not that any of you should get any ideas.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GUD!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SEANY!

Burrell, I'm sorry that I was pushing buttons -- especially if you were already dealing with back pain and a bad day. In my head I was just free-associating/bullshitting (as usual), not disagreeing with you, and I'm sorry that I didn't make that clearer.

Turns out text is tricky sometimes. The more you know!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm not a touchy-feely person, but I'm generally pro-hug. I don't see family and friends often so hugs are good when I can get them.

When I'm working with high schoolers I'll usually find them in a puppy pile at least once each summer.

Birthday happies to Gud and Sean!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Dream report:

My shower drain has been slow lately, such that by the time I'm done with my shower, I'm wading in six inches of water. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

Last night, I had a dream about plunging a shower drain. This morning, when I took a shower, the drain was actually cleared! Now I'm thinking, what other chores can I dream of and have them done for me when I wake up?

Tom, will you dream about my laundry getting washed, dryed, folded and put up? And also, about mopping my entire house? And maybe doing the dishes too? Thanks!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Now I'm thinking, what other chores can I dream of and have them done for me when I wake up?

Ha! Awesome. In awake news, bleach is good for that -- just pour it down the drain.

Jesse, it's Xpress Spa in McCarren. It's a pretty full service chain. All airports should be required to have them.

Totally!

I've been using this stuff, which works pretty well, but I needed to go out and buy some more.
