There's more than one way to skin a cat. And I happen to know that's factually true.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm not a touchy-feely person, but I'm generally pro-hug. I don't see family and friends often so hugs are good when I can get them.

When I'm working with high schoolers I'll usually find them in a puppy pile at least once each summer.

Birthday happies to Gud and Sean!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Dream report:

My shower drain has been slow lately, such that by the time I'm done with my shower, I'm wading in six inches of water. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

Last night, I had a dream about plunging a shower drain. This morning, when I took a shower, the drain was actually cleared! Now I'm thinking, what other chores can I dream of and have them done for me when I wake up?

Tom, will you dream about my laundry getting washed, dryed, folded and put up? And also, about mopping my entire house? And maybe doing the dishes too? Thanks!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Now I'm thinking, what other chores can I dream of and have them done for me when I wake up?

Ha! Awesome. In awake news, bleach is good for that -- just pour it down the drain.

Jesse, it's Xpress Spa in McCarren. It's a pretty full service chain. All airports should be required to have them.

Totally!

I've been using this stuff, which works pretty well, but I needed to go out and buy some more.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Honestly, the constant hugging was a big reason why I was on the outside even amongst the other theatre geeks. It just wasn't my thing, and eventually people stopped trying to be friends with me. I was so much happier with the math nerds in jr high than with the theatre nerds in high school.

hip deep in pie

My theatre friends in HS were not huggy at all. We were too busy sniping each other with sarcasm.

hey, has anyone here bought pet meds online. I need to get arthritis supplements for Clio and I'm not conviced the markup at my vet won't be insane.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I used to get most of Lucy's meds from that 1-800-petmeds site. Much cheaper than the vet. You can usually find coupon codes online pretty easily too.
