I am very disappointed by the boo-ing. Seriously folks, he's leaving, show some class.
Man, I don't know if I'd be able to resist, if I were there.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I have no sympathy for Cheney at all.
Shrift/aurelia, Wednesday works for me too.
Cool! I should be free sometime between 6 and 6:30.
No streaming video for me. I'm sitting in the theatre waiting for scenic work to die down and electrics work to start, but the wireless connection here is verrrrry slow.
I did manage to snag the last Tribune at the 7-11 though.
Yeah, booing is not classy, but I sure get the sentiment.
Seriously, the man is LEAVING. I'd be cheering my lungs out if I were there in person.
I dislike hearing booing in most cases. But, I can't hear it, so I'm good.
Oh, this is so freakin' awesome.
Yeah, much as I hate Bush, I was kinda turned off by the people who BOOED as he walked on. I thought that was really not classy.
And dang, Michelle Obama is TALL! You can see her being a couple inches taller than even the guys in the crowd as she does some gladhanding there! Awesome!
I have such respect for the office, I wouldn't be able to boo. Man, Obama looks stately. I can't imagine anyone looking more like a President.

So do I, but I feel like at a ceremony like this it falls under "if you can't say anything nice, say nothing at all."
Obama looks so calm.
