Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It's like a jungle sometimes, it makes me wonder how I keep from going under.

It's like that, and that's the way it is.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My cat decided not to let me go to work this morning without some snuggles, so she jumped on top of me just as I finished putting my shoes and socks on and was going to stand up from my bed and leave. Normally, she'll just jump on the bed and pace around while I head out, but this time she went right onto my chest and pinned me down for some petting.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I am totally going to ask if there is an injectible time-release anti-biotic the next time they want me to give my cats pills. Genius.

The vet says the downside is that if the cat has a reaction, you can't change it once injected. But as Spare Cat's history doesn't show any problems with antibiotics, it seems safe enough.

She has now progressed from backing up, to using the cone to snowplow everything in her path. I didn't need all that stuff on my desk, anyway.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Tino, asshat that he is, pushed me into a desktop in the auditorium and I know have a GIANT BRUISE on my knee.

Tino also made me gain 10 lbs and Tino is now making me go on the protein/salad/don't-eat-things-you-like diet.

FUCKING TINO.

Because books.

Tino's not just on the list, he *is* the list. ::nods::

Tino pulled out Spare Cat's staple this morning. I'm sure all the biting and licking she was doing was just because he'd bothered her there.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

msbelle, has Skee-Lo's "I Wish" been mentioned? Also, I'm a huge fan of Lupe Fiasco, especially "Push, Kick" (about skateboarding).
