I love reclaiming almost an hour of my life from the commute. I can vacuum in pieces (rather than my used-to weekend cleaning extravaganzas), do random cleanup, a project and still have my usual routine. Having to be at work bloody early is a part of it now, but my routines, they have changed. A good thing.
Soon, there will be laundry ON DEMAND. WHOO!
Yay, ita! Knock 'em dead! Not literally.
I am trying to find catchy hip/hop that is clean enough for mac to listen to.
I think the Fresh Prince is all I've got there. And Fight For Your Right, maybe.
And Fight For Your Right, maybe.
I think they talk about porno mags.
I literally played him, Don't Curse. He can't really catch many words, but if they are there and then he likes it, he is bound to listen to it more and learn the word.
It's Tricky
Now That We Found Love
Rapper's Delight
Pop Goes the Weasel
Hip Hop Junkies
I played bits of all of those. This all started because he wants me to play him Boom Boom Pow.
I think they talk about porno mags.
Oh yeah. That song really is perfect for 13 year olds. But it's at least radio appropriate, although lord knows there's stuff on the radio I wouldn't want kids to think about too hard!
Hot In Herre, kind of.
Hey Ya!
...now I'm just going to through all of my songs.
Well, we did listen to songs like "Afternoon Delight" and "If you like Pina Coladas.." without ever realizing what they were about! Although they are more subtle than hip-hop.
I also did not remember that Penn and Teller were in the tricky video!
The Choice Is Yours (?)
Me Myself and I
Most of the LL radio songs, no?
I don't think Ya Mama by the Pharcyde gets dirty, but it's funny as hell in an inappropriate manner.
That's pretty much all that jumps out at me, assuming he'd think stuff like Ladies First is lame.
