Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

just did five loads of laundry (mostly bedding the cats threw up hairballs on, time for a spring brushing!) and now to discover what I stuffed under the bed and pack it up before Mum gets here.

then to sort my entire wardrobe and make a trip to the Red Cross or Salvation Army to get rid of hopefully half of it.

Maybe I should first vacuum while the cats are still outside.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I'm oddly charmed by Alexis Denisof in the George Harrison video.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That is charming.

What are people doing with their day off, if they have one?

I am going to interrupt my doing nothing fairly soon by going to TJs, then coming back to pick up doing nothing. I may get ambitious and nap, but I don't know.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm going to be working on research stuff, because my advisor emailed me with some questions last night around 5:30, and then emailed me again in the middle of the night (like, 2 in the morning) asking me why I hadn't gotten back to him with the answers yet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am wishing I had some kind of outside aspect to my apartment, because I don't feel like going anywhere, but it's gorgeous out!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Dylan woke up at 5:15 this morning and would not fall back to sleep. Ethan has a bad summer cold and is out of commission. Anyone want to buy a slightly used toddler?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm considering what to do with my next CSS resume... so many fun possibilities. And sitting out in the garden, working on learning more JavaScript. And going to Whole Foods, or Borders or both.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I am wishing I had some kind of outside aspect to my apartment, because I don't feel like going anywhere, but it's gorgeous out!

I am the opposite of Jesse. I finally got my deck set up the other day but now it's back to being cold and gray outside again. This has been the crappiest spring I can remember and I am so fucking over it.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm working on a freelance project. I was going to do it in pieces over the long weekend and completely failed to do so.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We are on the bus back to nyc. We hit 3 museums yesterday before seeing Night at the Museum in IMAX. I think mac might be over his sick (so, probably not h1n1). Nice weekend, I need to see these friends more often.
