It looks like maybe both of Perkins' kidneys are abnormal, even though his kidney enzymes are only slightly elevated. They are going to try to get a radiologist in to do another ultrasound this afternoon.

I just emailed the pet rescue group to say I think I need to bring Jezzie back to them, at least for a little while.

At first, that sounded like what Amarna had last year, what with the misshapen kidney and elevated temp, so I was hoping that he'd recover as fast as Amarna did, but the enzymes being off as well as both kidneys suffering--I hope he'll be better soon!
