Baby pictures!!! Oh, my, those are sweet to see.
I just got back from movie and dinner with tommyrot and brenda and miriam, who joined tom and me for the dinner part. Very yummy pasta carbonara with loads of bacon chunks for me, and we split a dessert of some sort of gruel-like texture sweet soup with berries, cinnamon-covered apples, and almonds. That was very good and very light, a perfect dessert after a big dinner. And better yet, I didn't get lost on the way back to the Edens!
Now I have to clean my apartment this weekend.
I am at the emergency vet with Perkins the cat. I hope to hell I am overreacting, but his breathing seemed labored on top of everything else.
Cat-ma to you. I vote "better over-reacting than regretful"
I am just recovering from a nasty bout of food poisoning. I will spare you the details, but I may never eat fast food again. I had to send the DH off to the movies, as he'd already bought the tix for us and our friends. He did not want to go, but it meant the ticket money wasn't wasted and I'd just as soon puke violently on my own, thanks. Not the best evening I ever had. I blame Tino.
Poor Perkins! You have my sympathies. And poor scrappy!
Re: running water for cats, we got a little fountain for when we go out of town [link] -- it took a couple days for Kripkat but now they both drink tons from it. Manny stares at it for like 20 minutes at a time.
Poor Scrappy. I hope you feel better soon.
Feel-better~ma for Perkins the cat and Scrappy. (Fast food gone wrong is evil. I once left out a Chinese prawn rice box a bit too long. Very bad.)

Ugh, I hope it has passed, Scrappy. There should be a new name for food poisoning that adequately reflects the misery.
