I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Also, as proof I have no musical taste, I kind of like "Poker Face". I include it in one of my workout mixes. Maybe there are some thing one should not confess publicly.

I quite like "Poker Face", and I admire Lady Gaga's ingenuity and determination. Girl knew what she wanted at a young age, and went after it.

My twin sister just got a kick ass job offer from another company and is finally about to get paid what she's worth. AND my mom went home from the hospital this morning.

YAY!

I didn't have to yank out the grout from the side by the toilet. The other stuff, I scraped up a million layers of caulk and it pulled up the grout too. Which I thought might happen.

Set up auto mortgage pay. Yay?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

TJ's Tortellini - it's what's for dinner.

Cooking directions include:

When pasta is cooked, add a glass of cold water and drain.

Anyone know what the cold water does?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Anyone know what the cold water does?

Keeps the noodles from getting gummy/starchy?

“Not dead yet!”

Shocks the pasta and stops the cooking process. Keeps starches from making the pasta sticky and clumpy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Kalliope!

(I'm pronouncing that in my head the way Circus people do, which is an untrue-to-Greek "Kallie-Ope.)

Tosty-Ope! The new breakfast cereal that tastes like Opie!

Shocks the pasta

Now I'm tempted to sing that (to the tune of "Shock the Monkey") but that would entail turning off TV on the Radio, and that would be wrong....
