Loki and Devi would love microfiber to death. Plus Devi's fur confounds even microfiber.

I owe pictures. My bedroom, with shit not put away and cords still unorganized and just uhg. But pictures on walls! [link] [link] [link] [link]

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

My current couch is about 8-9 years old, and I didn't pay much for it (relatively speaking; for a sofa, it was on the inexpensive end, like $300-ish), and it's definitely sagging and showing its age. Plus the fabric is not exactly chenille, but it's a very textured fabric that's almost chenille-like, and my god, it's like a magnet for cat hair.

Anyway, we put a board under the cushions to alleviate the sagging, but that's not very comfortable. So a new couch is in the near future. I have 3 freelance projects from the nuns coming up, all in a row, which should yield more than enough $ for a couch.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My current couch is a nubby chenille, but since it's charcoal grey, the black hair disappears on it. Unfortunately, I spent waaaay too much for it ($1000 before tax and delivery) and it still only lasted six years before completely sagging (I've got a quilt shoved under the middle cushion, and that only partially works to boost the level up). So, finding the new couch for half the price was a big relief. Here's hoping it will last at least as long, if not longer.

I bought a loveseat from Aaron Rents for $100 12 years ago. I shove boards under the cushions and frankly need to slipcover it. It goes well with my fireplace without though , but OMG needs cleaning. MK, turns out, drools. So stains. And cathair. It's canvassy.

And then there is my futon....

Watching the Hubble release. (During actual release, we were in a no vid zone. So we just saw the sim. And live voice feed.) Occurs to me: you don't need bras in space unless you are floppy.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

But also this. Because I don't think even microfiber is enough to withstand my cats and my fumbles for long.

I took pictures of the sofa and the chair, and then covered the chair with a sheet and the sofa with a bedspread.

It's shedding season.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

you don't need bras in space unless you are floppy.

They'd still move about. Like spacehair. I'd want them restrained.

Read that they Star Trek in spa(aaaaaaa)ce.

Don't have a sofa. Have never bought one.

Amy, can you fill me in on the last couple minutes of Glee? Idol ran long and TiVo cut off when Shue was watching the kids in the auditorium. Did he decide to stay after all?

Big cosmetic issues I've seen so far was tucking in your shirt tight and HAIR (poor Megan, surrounded by hair impaired guys.) If they don't float too bad in a swimsuit, are good. I'd need a bra in space.
