They should film that story and show it every Christmas.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Finally sitting down with a glass of amaro after making chicken with forty cloves of garlic and southern greens with anchovies. Did I feel an earthquake or are my legs just shaky?

ETA: I was right! Bob felt nothing. [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Quake! 5.0

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Felt that one. Was almost asleep, but then the earth moved. The quake itself didn't feel like a 5.0.

I have a little one who worked himself into such bad sobs that he can't stop crying. It's been a long day. It looks like an even longer night.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I was mixing my show when the earthquake hit. It was interesting to watch the speakers and lights shaking on the pipes over the actors' heads.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sounds like as close to a "fun" earthquake as you can get, and really widespread -- my friend in San Diego reports feeling it! Yow.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I know it is a shock to all, but I am not really in a headspace for work this morning. The first real break from homelife since Friday and rather than digging into paperwork and emails, I want to....take a break. Unfortunately no one else seems aligned with my wishes.

I have managed to do some personal tasks thus far. I think I will continue that trend and go mail a package. My boss is out for 3 days, so I should be able to take it easy at least today, but soem other people seem hell-bent on making me deal with "issues".

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I want to....take a break.

I can imagine!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

On Buffista island, Monday mornings are going to be banned, right?
