Oh, msbelle. That explains a lot. I'm sure it feels huge to him but I'm glad the mystery is solved. I hope he can open up to you about it.
Liv is about a thousand times more defiant than Owen ever was. She just poured water on the bathroom floor and when I told her not to, she looked right at me, said, "NO!" and poured a whole cup onto the floor in front of me. Grrrrr. Pulled her naked little ass out of the tub and ended bath time right there with her crying and screaming the whole time I dressed her. I swear she loves seeing how far she can push me.
You can't say that kids don't know right from wrong. They just deal...differently.
I have had this headache for five days now, with only brief interruptions. There's no point seeking ER help, since as long as I have the tenderness on the back of my head it will keep coming right back. Migraine meds push it back for an hour or so, but I should probably save the two pills I have left for something more tractable.
This hurts all the way down to my knees. I'm going to snap in a second.
I'm glad the mystery is solved. Timing is unfortunate. Without him admitting to it yet, taking him along for the purchase won't work.
Basically everything I am reading on my walls indicates they are a BITCH to hang things on. Great.
eta; oh, ita, that sucks so bad.
ita, I wish you could get some long-term relief.
I think it was broken out of frustration, not on accident. Like it was maybe thrown down hard. yippers. Well, it makes the new rule of no DS except at the Uncles and on the subway, that much easier.
Happy birthday, Vortex!
In skimming the weekend's worth of posts, I saw some good news and some rough times. Yay/boo, as need. Consider yourselves variously hugged.
I spent a million hours on the bus -- never again. But did see Star Trek! As well as my parents and grandmother.
Oh ita, how dreadful for you. relief, if not out and out healing ~ma headed your way.
If it is any distraction, I can say Tenko was one of my favorite series ever. That, and The Old Men at the Zoo. British tv is brilliant.
What bonny said, ita. I hope you get some long-lasting relief, at the least, soon.
Also what she said re: Tenko. I saw that in college--really great tv. I only started watching it because Louise Jameson (Leela from classic Dr. Who) was on, but stuck around because it was so good.
I really like POW dramas quite a lot. Maybe tomorrow. But tomorrow I have to leave the house.
