WTF Perkins!!
Universe, back off Perkins too!
I'm with Steph, the credit card company won't hold you liable, right?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Yikes, Perkins. Scary.
Cowkitten is so pretty.
I am at my parents for the weekend. And only found out when I got home that my nephew is getting baptized tomorrow. I have not brought clothes for a baptism.
It's a little unusual, because normally Catholics get baptized while still infants, but for various reasons, my 12 yo nephew hasn't yet.
My mother says baptismal gifts are not done, which confuses me.
Oh, fuck, Perkins! That sucks.
Good on the CC company noticing discrepancies, Perkins.
I'm going to spend today marathoning British DVDs. My DVD player broke (with a Netflix disc in it--I'm just not ready to deal with the reality of getting it out), so I've switched over the region on my Mac.
Currently up, The Professionals. I'm about halfway through the season I have on disc. I love me some Bodie and Doyle.
that sucks Perkins
Perkins, hope it gets resolved smoothly.
In HOT DAMNED news:
The third of five STS-125 spacewalks concluded at 4:11 p.m. EDT. It was 6 hours, 36 minutes. During the endeavor outside the shuttle, Feustel and Grunsfeld removed the Corrective Optics Space Telescope Axial Replacement and installed in its place the new Cosmic Origins Spectrograph. They also completed the Advanced Camera for Surveys electronic card replacement work. The spacewalkers were ahead of schedule and were able to complete part 2 of the ACS repair, installing a new electronics box and cable.
Seriously. SERIOUSLY. This mission has thrown a quite a few unexpected glitches that have been very stressful. We expected to get behind schedule. To get ahead of schedule?? HOT DAMNED.
oh damn, Perkins. That is no good.
ita! no more collapsing for you.
Thanks all.
As these things go, this is not more than an annoyance so far. I've checked my bank account and the other credit card I use, and they are both fine, so it's just that one card and not my whole identity.
I may be saying something different in a few weeks, but for now I'm just thinking it could have been a lot worse.
So it would seem that someone stole my credit card number a couple of days ago and has been busy ordering thousands of dollars of merchandise and airline tickets since then.
What is it with the airline tickets?! The person who jacked my number a few weeks ago bought, like, 3 tickets from Ryanair, which I'd never even heard of until I called the fraud line.
I'm sorry you have to deal with this crap, too. And damn it, I just remembered another place where I have automated billing that needs to be changed.
So far I know I need to tell itunes, Amazon, the phone company, the cable company, and the place I bought my furniture that I still owe a balance to.
Beyond that, I have no idea.
