That's Patricia Clarkson, flea.
I have a crush on adult!JT. It's very disconcerting.
Not based on that outfit, though.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I guess I don't get out much; I don't think I've ever seen anything she's been in.
I too have a minor crush on JT. It's his happy self-mockery that makes the crush possible.

Yes, this. I had no thought one way or the other on teen!JT, but adult!JT is talented AND makes fun of himself. And clearly has fun being on SNL.
Apparently Patricia Clarkson has been is 70 billion movies and teevee shows that I have never seen. Although she looks like Frances whatsherface from Six Feet Under and a little bit like the actress who played Spike's mom.
Patricia Clarkson is definitely MILFy.
Sophia, you didn't see Far From Heaven?
Also, she played a recurring character on Six Feet Under.
I haven't seen Far From Heaven, although it look like my kind of movie, and I might now that I have looked it up!
I wish my mom had the internet, because she has a crush on JT, too, and I wish I could send her the video!
I had a phase where it seemed like everything I saw had Patricia Clarkson. Love her!
I'm watching the SNL now on tape. Good times. Gotta love the JT.
Happy Mother's Day, mothers!
Far From Heaven was GREAT, although I think I got the most out of it, because I saw it in a preview screening, with no idea what it was really about.
The Station Agent is another great movie she's been in. She's also had a lot of wife roles in bigger movies...so she definitely has a "it's that guy" about her.
How is my head still full of snot?
I guess it's time to get dressed and go buy a new switch for my bedroom. It seems that, except for the bathroom and the basement, all the lights in my house are on the same circuit. Some of the plugs are on the same circuit too. That seems like a lot of load.

It's definitely a Sophia movie. I'd recommend it to you on just the costuming, but I think you'll love the story and the performances.
Now that I think about it, it covers a lot of territory similar to Mad Men, though all filtered through Douglas Sirk's technicolor melodramas.
It's an indescribable feeling when your new baby lies in your arms and stares at you with an intent look on his face that says, "Hey! Two dark spots in a round shape! I know that pattern!" Today has not involved much of that. The little penguin has had some colic. It is a considerably less enjoyable feeling to have your little man screaming his head off no matter what you do, occasionally staring at you as if to say, "My tummy hurts! Why aren't you fixing it, Two-Spots-in-a-Round-Shape?!"
In fact, it's pretty demoralising. It's been a difficult weekend here, especially for Wallybee, who has come down with something that's left her aching all over; and since she still controls the food bar, we can't completely avoid disturbing her. We are so fortunate to have her parents here helping out. We're getting through the night in shifts (which is why I'm up right now); in a couple of hours, I'll be handing over to the parents of Wallybee. (Normally she'd have a shift too, but while she's feeling like this, she needs as much rest as she can get.)
Allow me, then, to sing the praises of my lovely wife, on this her first Mothers Day as a mother. She is doing so much under difficult circumstances, but she's feeling overwhelmed right now. I know I couldn't be doing this without her (I'm not sure how we'd cope without her parents either, but that's another matter).
Wallybee and I have managed to put the little penguin down for a sleep now. His tummy problem seems to have resolved itself, his nose is now clear, his bottom is hopefully behaving itself, and with any luck he'll be unconscious for a little while yet. And I love my wife more and more now she's a mother too.
