I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I saw that quite a while ago when my brother and I were hunting for the worst knitting examples to send each other. I, unsurprisingly, am horrified by it. why the hell would anyone?

“Not dead yet!”

Don't worry Barb, I'm pretty sure if you don't actually strangle him, the desire will pass.

It has. After I chewed him out from here to next week, I realized, y'know, it's just a piece of paper. He's going to be able to recreate most of it once he gets a new copy of the grid from his teacher.

Of course, there will be punishment doled out because of the lack of responsibility, but all things considered, everyone will live.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

How did it end? Go ahead, you can tell me. I'm a spoiler whore.

Well, there was peeing. And then walking over to the potty to make a pee noise. Sigh.

Whatev.

flea, I think that might be trickier to deal with.

Dinner tonight? Home-made pizza and a beer. I have a ridiculous amount of laundry to fold.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

why the hell would anyone?

I don't know. That's part of what makes it so funny to me. I can't imagine putting in that kind of effort to make that kind of picture happen. I do like the one comment that said "it's a nudist family in the winter."

Well, there was peeing. And then walking over to the potty to make a pee noise. Sigh.

Ah, good times! I remember them well.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The movie I wanted to watch tonight from netflix was really an xbox game, dressed up to look like the movie I wanted to watch tonight.

Sad now.

I'm googling and looking for perfect maple seed pod jewelry on etsy. I might be a closet canadian, even with a good a president.

For msbelle: [link]

I may decide to do something else later, but I can always use those shelves in the basement. For now, I am terribly pleased and need to get some hooks to hand stuff on.

I have to say, buying a house in this area? It's like being ushered into a club. Lots of talk about who did what with the space, contractors and the economy, recs, discussions of all the strange stuff we find, the tribulations of DIY, etc.

Even if I hadn't found these folks delightful, we still had something in common.

I suspect I'm about to get more politically active, too. Just having people around me who are as a job will probably draw me back into that. Plus, community meetings and citizens patrols. I probably haven't really had a good discussion since my coworker was laid off.

Our wings are not tired.

Sara, I am so happy that you found your house and made it happen. Just a few weeks ago you were hyperventilating, and now it seems you've found your true hood peeps.

Congratulations!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

African tribe populated rest of the world

What particularly caught my eye is that they have a link to another story entitled "Early humans 'did not kill deformed offspring'" on one side of the page, and a picture of Stephen Hawking on the other.
