There's an awesome spa in Northwest London that rocks with a series of steam rooms, hot rooms, whirlpools and an ice cold plunge pool.
Given that this place is probably within a ten-minute drive of my house, I *have* to find out where it is...
I'd so love an hour in a whirlpool right now.

Given people like me, who are willing and able to eat leftovers for breakfast, and cereal for dinner... well, there's no reason that ANY meal can't be the Best Meal of the Day.
Speaking of which now So Delicious is making a coconut milk-based milk substitute that my incredibly sensitive tastebuds can't tell from the Real Thing, so I'm going through a Corn Flakes Anytime I Fell Like It phase.
