Or really, I would like to do almost anything that's inside plus not at work. I just read a bunch of stuff about Lois McMasters Bujold books, and I would like to curl up and read them for days. Or maybe go to the movies. Or possibly just go back to bed.
In short: I would prefer not to.
We have a sauna at our clubhouse, but since the office closes at 6:00, which is when I'll be out of here, the sauna won't be accessible. Damnit.
would prefer to be getting a massage followed by a pedi.
Sometimes getting a pedicure is stressful for me (ingrowing issues) -- I just want to be cozy!
I hate massage, manicures, pedicures, anything that requires a stranger touching me. I will occasionally suffer through a pedi, though, as I like the results.
The thought of a steam room just makes me want to scream "MOISTURE BREEDS SWINE FLU" and run away.
omg - my dream day is a body scrub in one of the full over body shower arm rooms - followed by an hour and a half massage - followed by a pedi - followed by a mani. I think I would do that every month if I had the funds.
speaking of manis - after finding a nail treatment I felt good about and growing my nails out - I neglected to make an appointment in the last 2 weeks when I needed one and have now taken off the strengthening gel, bit my nails all back down and attack my cuticles within an inch of their lives. My hands look a mess all over again.
I'm really glad I got over the no-touching thing, because I do love a massage.

I read this as...
omg - my dream day is a body scrub in one of the full over body shower arm rooms - followed by an hour and a half massage - followed by a pedi - followed by a man
And I heartily concurred!
I can't stand getting pedis because I'm so monumentally ticklish, to the point of pain. I will put up with them on occasion because I do like the results, but getting there?
::shudders at mere thought::
