So that's my dream. That and some stuff about cigars and a tunnel.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Good luck with the credit card thing, shrift. That really sucks, especially since it's happened to you twice.

Happy adjustment to the new puppy, Dana!!

If anyone's interested, I finally uploaded pics from my Grand Canyon day trip last November.

I like the fact I got something at all distances in this one, and I like the sky's colors on this one. I've been experimenting with framing things. (I had a good result with that technique by accident in Savannah last spring.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it looks like Dasani now has non-sweetened fruit water: >[link]

Cool, I'll have to check that out.

Shrift, that's beyond irritating. I hope you get all the steps done as smoothly as possible.

Me, I had medically insane day which involved calling two cute EMTs to my place. But I didn't go into the ER. I figure whatever I drank by mistake...it would take effect sooner than the 45 minutes it took me to call and get them there.

They took all my stats, said they looked fine. Their standard rec is to go in, but I'd been drinking a lot of water and making myself puke in hope of clearing things out.

So I signed AMA, drank some more water, and going to bed.

I might not sleep well, but I'll sleep some.

Silly thing is, I have had a bad migraine all day, so tomorrow I'd be going in anyway if it holds. Probably couldn't put those two visits together.

And that's not even all of it...just the mishap that led to cute guys peeking around my apartment.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh, ita.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

sarameg, I love your approach to your new neighbourhood. I've never been brave enough to invite people for open houses or similar. I might try it when I move next month.

ita, that sounds nasty. I hope the migraine improves enough that you don't have to go in. (I get migraines - not as bad as yours by the sounds of it, but I empathise.)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I can't sleep. Again. Insomnia.

And now am worried about ita. I really love you, babe. I want to scoop out whatever horrible thing is causing the storm in your brain and stomp on it. Perhaps light it on fire, piss on it, and stomp on it some more.

Want my kravvy ita back.

I got all the garbage, including the yard waste bags, out to the curb in plenty of time. Take THAT, The Man!

Nice. I have to take the recycling out before it swallows my kitchen whole...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ita, yikes. I wish I could ________ for you.

Yes.

I am so glad my boss is out today. She was on the rampage yesterday, mostly about something else, but it kept spilling over on to me, and UGH.

hip deep in pie

So I am a little chilled, sneezing and tired. I think I am on the verge of a cold. One of my co-workers is freaking out that I might have the flu. The six emails we've gotten about the bird flu over the last two days maybe feeding her paranoia.
