Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Grace and Kat missage! Okay, maybe Grace doesn't hang in the ER, and well she shouldn't.

I can't help but read Colin Ferguson marker.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This is cool: The Apache — A 19th Century Personal Protection Gadget

The Apache was a combination dagger, pepperbox, and knuckle duster manufactured and sold in the United States from 1870 through 1900. More pictures and history of this unique pocket weapon at the link.

It's pretty. And can kill people three different ways.

Scrappy, I'm very sorry for your loss.

ita, good luck, I hope the ER helps.

I have heard of two of the restaurants on that top 50 list. But I'm mildly surprised not to see Chez Panisse on it.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ooh, that's going to be beautiful, Kat.

Punishingly Intricate

I forgot I need to get insulin needles (run out tomorrow.)

Don't know if it's any more convenient to stop by here than the vet but I could front you enough needles to last through next week. Let me know and I'll leave them in the mailbox.

I love you, lisah. Thank goodness you'll be closer. Howabout you leave a 10 pack in the mailbox and if it is still there when you get home, assume I managed to hit a pharmacy?

It just occurred to me that they may actually use different kinds of syringes. Swifty's on the U-40s.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Three of the five best restaurants in the world are in Spain. Interesting. France must be pissed. They don't have any in the top five.

Australia gets two restaurants. I'm quite chuffed, Australia is known for many things, but its cuisine isn't really one of them.

lisah, as long as I can measure out 2 and 3 units of insulin. I usually get BD ultrafine in 3/10 cc... but somewhere in these boxes I have a box that isn't but I can still use. I think the needle size was different but I had to do at the time. But I can't figure out which box. In any case, the likelihood of me hitting a pharmacy tomorrow is 90%. Unless I forget.
