Having mover issues. Not happy. Extra panicked calls in to others. Why didn't I do this a week ago? Oh yeah, a week ago I still didn't believe. Still really don't. Well, if there is going to be one major cockup, this would be it.
Oh and a little water in basement. Like a cup. At least now I know the source and have a good feel for solutions.
Oh yeah, I fucked this one up. Had one "sure thing" with multiple recs who hasn't responded since last week with a "sure." Had 2 more turndowns. Fuck.me.

I'm pissed and self-flag-whatever and, just thank you. I haven't moved in 12 years. I've never hired movers before. Still, I'd like to think I know better and have a little less uncertainty.
oh sara, I echo the give yourself a break. We've all been there at some point or another and you are plugging away, which is all you can do. What have the apartment people said about your departure?

I haven't had a moment to talk to the apt people. Another black mark. I mean to call and then have work crises. Not so good with the balancing. I really need to take a few days off, but...there are all these other demands. Basically, as I knew, worst timing ever.
