Zoe: I thought you wanted to spend more time off-ship this visit. Wash: Out there is seems like it's all fancy parties. I like our party better. The dress code is easier and I know all the steps.

Our wings are not tired.

I shocked myself and actually finished the Disney Marathon I went there to attempt.

Woo! Congratulations! That was the first marathon I did. It was so much fun with the characters cheering us on and all. Great job finishing!

Ann, that's a ferret.

I hope you can agree that I was willing to make the tough decisions.

Shame he didn't make the right ones.

Good riddance to bad Shrubbish.

Man I want to be productive today, but all I have succeeded in doing is getting papers spread out all over my desk.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

"Every morning, I received a briefing on the threats to our nation."

First, you didn't before?

Yes, but he apparently napped through them, including the "Bin Laden Determined to Attack Inside the United States" one. After 9/11, he made up his own threats.

Yay, Lisa!

Punishingly Intricate

Thanks!

I'd never been to Disney, and my friend I was with the whole time is very familiar with it, so the novelty and the narration helped me want to keep going.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That looks like so much fun! Aside from the actual marathoning, of course...

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

As the years passed, most Americans were able to return to life much as it had been before 9/11. But I never did. Every morning, I received a briefing on the threats to our nation.

First, you didn't before? Second, you've already said except Sunday, but I suppose Sundays don't count. Third, apparently natural disasters don't count as a threat.

And, most importantly, do you really think you are the one most affected by 9/11? Seriously, on behalf of my friend from high school who lost her husband of umpteen years (we all went to prom together), I found that incredibly offensive.
